Meet the 2025 Barron County Fairest of the Fair, Ella Briggs!
Hi! My name is Ella Briggs, and I am the 2025 Fairest of the Fair. I have always had this dream of becoming one of the fairest of the fairs. This year, I was able to make my dream of becoming the 2025 fairest of the fair come true.
A little bit about me: I am a graduate of Prairie Farm High School and am currently a student at UW-Superior studying Exercise Science with a minor in coaching, and a strong passion for getting certified in Artificial Insemination. I was a part of the Country Sider 4-H club, along with being a part of the Prairie Farm FFA.
At the fair, I showed beef, goats, woodworking, archery, photography, sheep, and clay targets. If I weren’t in the show ring or in the barns, you would find me walking around the fairgrounds with friends and family. Because raising and showing animals and working on the farm with my family, I fell in love with all things agriculture and fair. This has pushed me to be able to educate the younger members and members in the community. Being Fairest is giving me the ability to go to different community based events to educate the community on the fair and agriculture.
I am honored to represent the Barron County fair through our Fairest program at our county and at the state competition at the state convention in January of 2027.
The mission of the Barron County Fair Association is to provide for people of all ages opportunities to exhibit their talents or products and to enjoy and participate in the entertaining, educational and affordable activities in a safe, wholesome environment.
