 The Barron County Fair has many projects under way and in the works. Donations are accepted at any time.

One of our larger projects is the recently built new grandstand. You can donate to this project in an number of ways.

Option 1

Join the "GRAND FOR THE GRANDSTAND CLUB" and become a twenty-year member of Barron County Fair grandstand club. The Club is designed to say thanks for all the great memories that the county fair can create. It also gives you an opportunity to send the fair quickly on its way into the millennium.

For an investment of $1,000.00 you will be entitled to up to (2)-twenty year passes to the fair, and advanced seating for every grandstand event during the fair. You could transfer these two tickets to someone else any time during the term.

A special plaque will be on permanent display at the grandstand to recognize your contribution for future generations to acknowledge. But the greatest reward will be the personal feeling of satisfaction for having made this project become a reality.

The Barron County fair had its begining approximately 125 years ago to show case agriculture, and provide educational opportunities. The fair has grown from it's meager beginning to what it is today, where 30,000 people visit this annual event.

It is very important that we raise the money as soon as possible. To become a charter member of the Grandstand Club, and be named on the plaque we must have your investment by September 1, 2001. We must get started now.

This is a tax-deductible contribution as the fair is a 501.c(3) tax exempt charitable organization. Can we count on you? We hope we can.

Option 2

"Sponsor A Seat" You can sponsor a seat in the grandstand for $100.00. Remember that every seat is important to the fair. If you whish to sponsor more than one seat you may do so. Sponsoring 10 seats will provide you with free admission to the fair for 20 years and admission to the grandstand for every fair event for that same 20 years. You can pay your sponsorship money by sending it to Barron County Fair Grandstand Project, Brill State  Bank, P.P. Box 169, Rice Lake, WI 54868. Make Checks payable  to: The Grandstand Fund

Option 3

"Make a Pledge" You can make a pledge to the Grandstand Fund.. Your donation is payable on the day we start construction.
